Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs Brain Bucket’s handling of information, data, and any assets collected by Brain Bucket or provided to Brain Bucket at the sole discretion of its clients.

This policy does not extend to practices of companies and third parties not owned or controlled by Brain Bucket, nor to individuals not employed or managed by Brain Bucket, including any third-party content contributors under contract.

The term “Information” refers to any details voluntarily provided by our clients through various means for fulfilling work as outlined in the business contract. Brain Bucket reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Please refer to the most current version of this policy regularly.

Our privacy policy is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws concerning the personal data we collect and use in our engagements with customers and clients.

Information Collection and Use

Brain Bucket values the privacy of its customers and clients. This policy, applicable to Brain Bucket and its worldwide offices, details our approach to the collection, storage, and processing of information. Brain Bucket may occasionally update this policy at its discretion.

Information Collection

All information collected from customers/clients will be used solely for the intended purpose as per the agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, non-public information (NPI), personally identifiable information (PII), etc., and will be safeguarded with adequate controls and security measures, such as usernames and passwords, and shared between Brain Bucket and its clients.

Brain Bucket collects data like names, emails, shipping addresses, and financial information (e.g., credit card numbers, expiration dates) via an “order form” on the web from clients/customers ordering our products, for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. If there are issues processing an order, this information is used to contact the clients/customers.

Information Use

Brain Bucket utilizes collected information for:

  • Informing clients/customers about product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters, informative emails, and research for future product ideas or improvements.
  • Aiding in creating content relevant to clients/customers.
  • Developing better products and services tailored to client/customer needs.
  • Enabling clients/customers to purchase, download, and manage product licenses, access services, or engage in selected activities.
  • Sharing essential software, service, or product information with clients/customers.

Cookies

Cookies, small data files stored on users’ computers, are used but not linked to personally identifiable information on our site. We utilize session ID cookies, which terminate once the browser is closed. These cookies maintain user identity on our site after logging in, reducing the need for multiple logins per session. Users have the option to disable cookies, which may impact site access.

All gathered information will be compiled and analyzed to enhance our products and services, without personally identifying our clients/customers.

Except as specified in this policy, Brain Bucket will not sell any information like NPI or PII to third parties without prior consent, except to authorized third parties and those in the e-commerce distribution chain (e.g., vendors, suppliers) who may require access to some personal information. For instance, shipping an order necessitates sharing your name and address with a shipping company. We do not provide third parties access to individual transaction data, except as detailed in this policy.

Communications of Information

Brain Bucket is committed to preserving user privacy. However, there may be situations where we need to disclose personal information as required by law, especially when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes served on our products, services, or website.

Brain Bucket links to other websites as part of its services to clients. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage clients/customers to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by Brain Bucket.

Sensitive information like credit card numbers and billing details is encrypted and protected with industry-standard encryption technology. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Brain Bucket is cautious about the privacy of minors’ personal information and will not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If such information is found on our portals and websites, it will be promptly deleted.

If a customer’s or client’s personally identifiable information changes, or if a client no longer wishes to use the service, Brain Bucket will correct, update, or delete the provided personally identifiable information.

Brain Bucket ensures to inform its clients of any changes to this privacy policy. All such changes will be posted on our website and other appropriate places, keeping our users, customers, and clients well-informed about what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

Should we decide to use our users’ PII/NPI differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify users via our website for 30 days.

If any provisions of this privacy policy are deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain
